When subscribers are register on Landing Page or using Integration code they don't receive confirmation email.
There are few settings that need to be checked:
- Notification Enabled
On Settings -> Notification, make sure "Invitation" is enabled.
- Make sure there is an Default SMTP Server for email delivery
When you add an custom SMTP in Settings -> SMTP Server -> Custom SMTP, make sure that "Make Default" is checked.
In this way, system will know what SMTP account to use for your Signup emails from Webinar pages.
